Chat Room

According to the different time zones between the shop and the user,  shop owner may not be able to respond immediately.
When your order or chat room has any new updated, giftboox will inform by email.

		- Check if there is any saving on combined shipment if you buy more than 1 product from a shop
		- Start a new message
		- Send message
		- Cancel sending message
		- Upload file (Max.1Mb)

Payments

Security
d giftboox is protected by positive SSL secured seal and we never store any user payment information. All payment transactions are processed inside PayPal gateway only.
We accept the following forms of payment:

Currency
All payments must be settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Shop owners from other countries may set their price using local currency. giftboox will provide 5 currency displays on top of HKD in approximate exchange rate for your easy reference. Please note that currency conversion and actual rates are handled automatically by PayPal payment processing service at the time of purchase. 

Shipping & Handling

Each participating shop and designer on giftboox operates as an individual retailer, with his or her own Shipping and Returns policy and fees.

Easy checkout for 1 product / shop
Customers can checkout right after the selection.

For more than 1 product / shop
Please confirm the exact shipping cost for your seleced items by clicking I in chat room of "q your cart" page. Shop owner(s) will update your order's shipping cost as soon as possible. You will also receive email notification of any update.

Which browser is compatible?

giftboox is designed to work best with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari.

How to change your order before payment?​

Before make payment - You can delete the chosen item by click = in "q your cart" page. 

After payment is made, shop owners will process your order as soon as they can. Once the status is changed to "r processing", there may be cost effect to make any change or cancellation.  Please chat with the shop owners in "r processing" page to check if there is any necessary charge.

When will my order arrive?

You will receive an email notification which includes the name of the carrier, tracking number, your shipping address and estimated arrival date. You can also check all shipping details in "t sending" page.
